Resource Central is licensed per resource and can be
licensed with 2 different types of resources;
Light
and
Standard
or a combination of these.
Light:
This type of
resource is a standalone item such as projectors,
laptops, white boards, etc. These resources will
not have the ability to add ancillary services.
Standard:
This type of resource is a
conference room, a company car, etc.
These resources will have the ability to add
ancillary services such as catering, seating plans,
name badges, etc.
and can be utilized to the full extent within
Resource Central.
In order to license Light resources, you must have
licenses for standard resources.
