Many organizations have installed Microsoft Exchange server and this has led to greater efficiency in working
together.
But one of the side effects is that this imposes an increased administrative burden on key technical
personnel. Account Central removes this burden and ensures that the Microsoft Exchange database is always
accurate.
Account Central allows secretaries, supervisors or other authorized personnel, without
Admin. privileges or the Exchange Admin. password, to update certain portions of the Microsoft Exchange directory
records. In this way, it is possible to have both the Microsoft Exchange database up-to-date and still have key technical personnel focusing on technical
questions.
Authentication complies with Exchange / NT / 2000 / 2003 / 2007 security procedures, but does not require the use of the Exchange Admin
facility.
