Add-On Products Maintenance Program (MP)

Ensuring that Add-On Products provide our customers
with the level of maintenance they need and want, we
have launched the Add-On Products Maintenance Program
(MP). The MP is offered through our channel of
Partners and Resellers and can be accessed on the
following products;
- Exchange Central - Pro version,
- Resource Central
- WebTeam Central
- RealTime Service
- Office Central
- Mailbox Central
The MP has the duration of 12 months from the
purchasing date and allows you to "Get Current
and Stay Current" for the products which the MP
license applies. To be eligible to purchase MP for a
specific product, you must have an existing license
for that same type of product.
Eg: If you are currently running WebTeam Central 1.X
you could buy WebTeam Central MP and be able to
upgrade to WebTeam Central 2.X and be eligible for any
new version of WebTeam Central that is released during
the term of your MP.
The MP Gold has another dimension and allows you to
"Get Running and Stay Running", as it offers
you an unlimited access to our Hotline. Hotline is
accessible through phone, fax or e-mail with an
overall guaranteed response time of maximum 8 working
hours (within one business day) in 95% of all
incidents. As a member of MP Gold you are granted
direct access to our second line supporters through MP
Gold email addresses, phone numbers and fax numbers
and your request has a top priority for us.
Whether you decide to enroll in the MP or the MP Gold
program, you will receive an Authorized License Number
(ALN), which entitles you to the services described
above. The ALN must be given to AOP in every contact
or upon request. The ALN is your entrance the premium
level of support and upgrades.
As a member of the MP Gold program, you are also
offered to join our Official Preview program. Members
will receive new versions (updates/upgrades) up to two
months prior the official release and launch date.
Both MP entries are offered as a percentage of the
retail price and can be ordered directly from your 'local'
AOP Partner or Reseller.
