RealTime information is necessary to make the right
decisions on everyday matters in order to meet the
market needs of today.
RealTime Service can be utilized in two different
ways:
As a stand-alone solution which, from a central
point, synchronizes data from the individual
Outlook mailboxes / folders into either a Public
Folder on the Exchange server or a Microsoft
database.
When data is synchronized a label is added to each
data entry - hereby generating a possibility to
track the origin of the appointment, contact or
task.
The service is designed as event-driven which
ensures a minimum of load and a high performance.
As an event-driven back-end update service for
our client-based group-calendar solution: Exchange
Central.
RealTime Service complies with the original
Microsoft security procedures and also with the
permissions granted on the Exchange server and the
Outlook permissions.
